Physical Products

If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know at orders@beaniegames.co.uk and our customer service team will do their best to put things right.


Inspection of Goods on Delivery

Customers are asked to inspect the contents of their order within 3 days of delivery and notify us as soon as reasonably possible of any missing items, incorrect items, or damage in transit by emailing orders@beaniegames.co.uk.

This requirement does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. However, where issues are reported significantly later than delivery, we may be unable to fully investigate the matter with the courier or warehouse, and this may limit the remedies available.


Missing or Damaged Items

Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted where delivery evidence confirms the order was correctly fulfilled.

This timeframe applies to issues with the contents or condition of an order and does not replace the separate process for parcels that have not been received.


Returns

All returns must be authorised in advance.

Should an item or order need to be returned to us, we will send you a link to our Royal Mail returns service. Where the issue was not our responsibility, such as an unwanted item, a £3.49 return shipping charge will be deducted from any refund for using this service.

You can request to return your order for a refund within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the order. All returned items must be in a good, new, saleable condition with all original packaging.

Extended Christmas Returns: Orders placed after 1st November can be returned until 14th January. Trading cards and bulk/business orders are excluded from the extended returns period.

We are unable to cover the return postage of unwanted items.

Refunds will be calculated after taking into account any discounts, offers, or free postage thresholds. Any postage refunds due will be made at our Royal Mail Standard shipping rate.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

If your package is too large or too heavy for the Royal Mail returns service, please contact orders@beaniegames.co.uk for further instructions.


Cancelling Pre-orders

If you would like to cancel a pre-order before it is despatched, please reply to your order confirmation requesting cancellation.


Safe Place

If you request that your package is left in a safe place or delivered to a neighbour, we are no longer responsible for the package once delivery has been completed.


Refused Packages and Incorrect Delivery Address

If you fail to take delivery of ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will be unable to refund any postage paid. We may also charge any return postage costs imposed by the courier.

A refund of the cost of goods, less all delivery costs, will be processed within 14 days.


Missing Parcel?

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact orders@beaniegames.co.uk within 10 days of the last expected delivery date.

Please check with neighbours, any safe places, outhouses, or your local sorting office before contacting us.

Royal Mail will only class a parcel as lost after 10 days. You must then email us clearly declaring non-receipt. This declaration may be used as evidence in a courier claim, and you may be contacted by Royal Mail or the Police.

Once loss is confirmed, we will either issue a replacement or a refund. We may be unable to offer refunds or replacements where there is proof of delivery.

If a refund or replacement is provided and the goods are later located, we reserve the right to charge for the goods unless they are returned to us.

We are unable to offer compensation where delivery has been made to shared delivery areas or multi-occupancy premises.


In-Store Events

More than 7 days prior to the event, you may contact us for a full refund.

No refunds will be issued less than 7 days before the start of the event.

Business Customers

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% for cancelled or returned business orders to cover actual costs incurred, including postage, transaction fees, and processing costs.
