*Working days are Monday–Friday. Orders after 3pm process the next working day. During sales, promotions or holidays, delivery may take longer. Shipping speeds are estimates unless stated as guaranteed.

*No compensation for loss where items are delivered to shared areas (mail rooms, foyers, shared corridors) or multi-occupancy premises. We recommend using a Signed For service in these cases.

*Couriers may leave your package in a safe place if the delivery address is unattended.Β Β
